Bento Gonçalves
One of the
most important tourist destination of Serra Gaucha (Rio Grande do Sul
Mountains), Bento Gonçalves has beautiful landscapes and is situated among

city has 36 vineyards, where are produced more than 127 tons of grapes and
more than 91 million liters of wine. Bento Gonçalves is the first region of
Brazil, with techniques that guarantee the product quality, worldwide
recognized. The city still has the biggest furniture constructor companies
of Rio Grande do Sul, responsible for 8% of all national furniture
production and 40% of the state.
The city was emancipated in October 11, 1890 and nowadays, Bento Gonçalves

events like the “Feira Internacional de Máquinas e Matéria Prima” - FIMMA,
(International Trade Fair of Machinery, Raw Material and Accessories), the

Fenavinho – Feira Nacional do Vinho (National Party of the Wine), the
