flying with TAM or its partner companies, but also buying with TAM MasterCard credit card. It’s also possible to be benefited by using services

The points can be exchanged for free tickets and, as passengers get more points,
they can level-up. To use the point with security, a password is sent through mail.
The entering card of “Programa Fidelidade” is “Cartão Branco” (white card). Clients
enter in this category as soon as they fulfill the subscription. The points vary according to the class of the ticket and it’s necessary to
accumulate 12000 points in one year to level-up to “Cartão Azul” (blue card).
With “Cartão Azul”, it’s possible to flight in the economic class and earns points
equal to the executive class, besides being possible to cart an extra of 10kg of additional luggage where “Franquia de Bagagem” is done by weight
or one extra volume. If clients accumulate again 12000 points during the year, they stay with “Cartão Azul”, otherwise, they go back to “Cartão
Branco”.
To be promoted to “Cartão Vermelho” (red card), it’s necessary to accumulate 48000
points during one year. So, even if flying in the economic class, it’s possible to earn points equal to the first class. Besides that, users earn
an extra of 20kg per luggage or two extra volumes.
Those who have “Cartão Vermelho” also have access to VIP rooms, with companion. The
same benefit is extended to those who fly in First or Executive classes. To keep “Cartão Vermelho” it’s always necessary to accumulate 48000
points every year. |
