TAM has shared flight agreements with important international air companies,
actuating with the "Code Share" system. It’s a way to facilitate the life of clients, since it allows to passengers to arrive to a
bigger number of cities abroad through connections in airports spread all over the world.
Due to the partner system, travelers can also use other services, like check-in
attendance, simplification in the luggage check-in and access to VIP rooms on several airports. Flying with TAM partners also provides points
to “Programa de Fidelidade da TAM”. Only the agreement with KLM is not valid for “Programa Fidelidade".
Air France has flights with the “Code Share” system with TAM for eight cities:
Bordeaux, Lion, Montpellier, Marseille, Nice, Nantes, Strasbourg and Toulouse. Besides sharing the same quality of services and benefits offered
to passengers of Air France, those using TAM can use immediate connections to other European cities, VIP room and personalized attendance in the
airports.
American Airlines is TAM’s partner too. Both of them have “Code Share” flights to
15 cities: Atlanta, Boston, Washington, Denver, Dallas, Detroit, New York, Houston, Los Angeles, Orlando, Miami, New Orleans, Chicago,
Philadelphia and San Francisco. The benefits and services offered to passengers of American Airlines are the same for TAM clients, who also earn
points for the fidelity program in the flights of the American company. Besides all those benefits, passengers counts with a bigger number of
connections in routes for Central America, Canada, Caribe and Mexico.
The partnership between TAM and KLM attend travelers from Europe, who makes
connections in São Paulo to Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro.
Member of “Grupo TAM”, “TAM Mercosur” is a distinct company, with seat at Paraguay.
They have shared flights on routes to Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay, but passengers can make use of the connections for three other countries of
South America: Chile, Uruguay and Bolivia. |
