São Bernardino de Sena Convent |
“São Bernardino de Sena Convent” was built by orders of Franciscan priests. It has
a frontal facade and galilees arcs. The bell is placed in the tower at the side of the façade of the convent.
At the left side of the church there’s a chapel, which belongs to the devotees of
“Terceira Ordem de São Francisco da Penitência”, where the images of the saint and wooden carved objects are kept. The area also has a small
cemetery which probably is used by the members of the church.
