Nossa Senhora da Conceição Church
Nossa Senhora da Conceição Church is considered as the main church in the city,
also being called as “Matriz” since its construction. It’s a copy of Notredame Cathedral, in Paris, and those who don’t know the real cathedral
can’t miss the chance of knowing this one.
The church, inaugurated during the 30’s, is also the stage for several popular
celebrations.
