Aquidauana River

Aquidauana River

Aquidauana River is the most important river of the city. It springs at “Serra de Maracaju” and goes towards Miranda River, close to “Passo do Lontra” and “Estrada Parque do Pantanal”. It marks the limit between the cities of Aquidauana and Anastácio.

The calm waters are favorable for the practice of water sports. Many visitors and residents swim in the river, which also attracts fishermen.
