Restaurant Badejo opened its first space in Belo Horizonte in 1990. As the
residents uses to frequent the beaches of Espírito Santo during the vacations, nothing better than offer the possibility of taste the delicious
moquecas from Espírito Santo at any time of the year.
The success was so big that, a few time later, restaurant Badejo opened another
space in town, besides one establishment in São Paulo.
Not by chance that, today, restaurant Badejo is considered one of the best of the
city and occupies a place of prominence among the sea food restaurants.
Between other reasons, dishes are served in mud pans, the same used to cook them,
making the dishes to be really hot when served. To grant the quality of the food served in the house, “Badejo” has a purchase and processing
central of sea food in Ilhéus, Bahia. |
