Reception
At the entrance of the reception of the Hotel Tropical Oceano Beach, there is
a counter where a telephone operator and two receptionists work on shifts, all trained to attend and receive the guests. In the reception,
there is reserved space for the guests called lobby, which is a ventilated area with a TV, magazines and couches.
The hotel's service are done with the finality of filling out all the
