Getting off at the airport the tourist pass through an enter view in the cabines of the Federal Police where they explain their reasons for the trip and how long they plan to stay. After that, the reasons are analyzed and the required documents are in order the visitor is advised an how long he can stay in Brazil.

Usually the foreigners can stay in Brazilian territory for 90 days. After this period, you have to review the visa without forgetting that the limit is 180 days per year. When the period expires, the foreigner must leave the country for a period of at least eight days or else he can be deported and still have to pay a fine.
