Federal Supreme Court |
“Federal Supreme Court” is a building of modern lines, also projected by Oscar
Niemeyer, following the same architectonical style of “Planalto Palace” and “Alvorada Palace”. It’s where the ministers works.
There is a museum with furniture, magistrates and objects that belonged to
ministers and other pieces that illustrate the time when the seat of government was still in Rio de Janeiro. One permanent exhibit tells the
history of laws and the content of the constitutions of Brazil to the visitors of the building. But, the corridors of “Federal Supreme Court”
also have paintings, sculptures and other art works spread through its corridors. |
