The name of the beach comes from the name of a tall palm tree typical of the coast
area, called Geribá. The Geribá Beach is known as the "point" of the young people. The large inlet of green water and agitated sea is
ideal for surfing. Others options of recreation like rides on a banana boat and jet ski are also chosen. In the wide strip of sand, the tourists
play frescobol, soccer and volley. The Geribá Beach is also the place picked out for holding shows during the high season. Since it is located in
