Horto Florestal

    The park was created in 1923, really next to the place where the city’s founder, José Antônio Pereira, acquired the first ranches that originated the city of Campo Grande.

    The 4,5 hectares space offers to the visitors a track field, snack bar, playground, skate and bike arenas, library, farther keeping projects of environmental education, landscaping and reforesting, aiming the preservation of the region’s species.

    It holds a Living Center for Elders and a Multiple Activities Center, with theater and rooms for courses.

    Shows and circus presentations happens frequently inside the park, which also keeps a circus workshop.
