Ponta do Corumbau
The reefs of Itacolomí are a popular place for diving. The tour is made in a
schooner and takes about 5 hour and includes the mask and snorkel.
Ponta do Espelho e Curuípe
For those who cannot go by car, should go by boat to visit this place. It is
worth the while. If you want to go on this tour you can leave it for last when you are leaving Caraíva and spend one or two night in the
Outeiro das Brisas. There are inns and restaurants.
Cume do Monte Pascoal
This is an adventure for those who like to tell stories about their vacations,
you wake up early to go up the Caraíva and Benicio Rivers, by plane for two hours until you reach the Pelozinho Farm. There you have a rural
breakfast before you start the Jeep ride (4x4) to the base of the Monte Pascoal. Now you are almost there. It is only 1,5km (more or less a
two hour walk) until you reach the top. On the way back, the serve you lunch on the farm and another stop in the Prainha do Rio Caraíva, a very
beautiful place to se the sunset. The meals and entrance fee to the park are included in the price.

Horse Riding
Many local inhabitants have some horses that are rented out for rides. Some farm
in the area will also rent these animals. You can get information in your inn. |
