Official residence of the Barão de Serra Azul, the building was erected in the
second half of the 17th century. Now a days it functions as a center of art and leisure, holding several courses, workshops,
rehearsals, art galleries, workshops of doll theatres and several other activities. The building is used as well as for the Harmonic Orchestra,
the choir of Curitiba, Museum of Illustrations and Placards and the gibiteca (comic books).
