 Curitiba - Park - Botanic Garden

    One of the most visited post cards of the city is the complex of the Botanic Garden, one of the best of the country. Inaugurated on octuber 5, 1991, it occupies an area of 245.000m² where you have the Botanic Garden, the Reproduction Glass-house and the Botanic Museum. The place calls attention because of its geometric flower beds always flowering, in the French style and by its structure of 500m² in iron and glass, inspired on the last century, that during the night is illuminated by colors.

    The Botanic Garden is a national and international reference to the culture and preservation of the Brazilian flora, its scientific production attracts researches from all over the planet. The Museum has an ample space for exhibitions, botanic research center, library and an auditorium.
