The park is made up by the Paulo Leminsk Cultural Space and the Opera of Arame.
The Opera is one of the post cards of the city. Inaugurated in 1992, it is a closed area, designated to artist presentations. The structure is
made of tubular iron, covered with a wire screen and is similar to the Opera do Paris. Surrounded by a lake with a cascade, it has 2.400 seats
distributed between the pit and the boxes. The stone quarry has been used quite a lot for shows and large size events due to the excellent
acoustic and size. The commemoration of the 300 years of the city is an example of this. Besides this, it is a place with many trees and has a
small lake.
