Inaugurated in 1996 with the intention to promote and celebrate the German
traditions, the park is in an area of 38m² untouched woods that belonged to the Schffer family. Its principal attractions are the copy of the
wood church of 1933 in neogothic style that has a concert room, an ecological trail that tells the story of the Grimm brothers, a children's
library. The Tower ofthe Philosophers, a belvedere where you can see the city and the Serra do Mar and the Praça da Poesia Germânica, with
Germanic buildings from the beginning of the century.
