| Curitiba - Park - UniLivre |
In de middle of the green the Bosque Zanenelli which has an area of 37 thousand
square meters of nature woods, was constructed by the Univesidade Livre do Meio Ambiente (1991) which has the prestige of receiving the
oceanographer Jacques Cousteau at its inauguration. In this way, Curitiba was recognized as the first city in the world to have a special place
for studies and divulgation of knowledge on environmental and the ecology to the population. In spite of the rare beauty of the construction,
the building is made of eucalyptus and surrounded by natural stones has a spiral ramp of 22 meters that permits a panoramic view of all the
green area. The main reason of this space is to form in the citizens the environmental sense as a factor of survival.
