Gastronomy
It is impossible to define the
typical gastronomy of a city like Curitiba since the history of the founding and
colonization gather races from such different places. Japanese, Germans, French,
Swiss, Austrians, Ukrainians, Italians, Polishes, Spanish's, Portuguese's and
Brazilians from all over the country create an ethnical root of city. However,
the typical food of Curitiba has elements of all these cultures. Here it is
