wet and dry sauna and yoga classes, meditation, pillates, and hydro gymnastics, besides other physical activities that work with both body and

hot stone therapy, podal reflexology, shiatsu, massotherapy, “gomagem”, “banho de lua” (moon bath), insulation treatment, mud treatment with sea
