Carioca Fountain has this name due to its location, Largo da Carioca, where today
there’s a set projected to entertain the residents. Also known as ”Poço do Bispo”, the fountain supplied water for the city and was deactivated
for several years until the decade of 1980, when it passed through a restoration.
