Monument to the Three Races

    Situated at “Praça Cívica”, “Monumento às Três Raças” (Monument to the Three Races) stays between “Palácio das Esmeraldas” and “Palácio Campinas”, which are respectively seats of the State and Municipal Government.

    Much visited by tourists, the monument was created in 1968, idealized by artist Neusa Moraes. Symbol of the mix of races and cultures that happened in the beginning of the history of Goiás, stands 7 meters tall and weights 300kg, made of bronze.
