Constructed in 1946 with art-deco architecture, “Museu Zoroastro Artiaga” has a
collection formed by historic documents, old utensils and other objects related to indians and animals of “cerrado”. It received this name in
homage to the first director, professor Zoroastro Artiaga.
There’s space reserved for exhibitions, besides an area destined to library and
folklore of Goiás, which are located in the superior part. In one of the wings there are the collections of sacred art, popular art and objects
related to the history of the Industrial Revolution.
