Museu Zoroastro

Museu Zoroastro

Constructed in 1946 with art-deco architecture, “Museu Zoroastro Artiaga” has a collection formed by historic documents, old utensils and other objects related to indians and animals of “cerrado”. It received this name in homage to the first director, professor Zoroastro Artiaga.

There’s space reserved for exhibitions, besides an area destined to library and folklore of Goiás, which are located in the superior part. In one of the wings there are the collections of sacred art, popular art and objects related to the history of the Industrial Revolution.
