| Iguassu Falls - Macuco Safari |
The tour is done inside the Iguaçu’s National Park and is divided in three stages.
The first one is a 3km route on an open truck, which provides a close contact with nature to the visitors. Polyglot tour guides presents the
regional fauna and flora.
In the second stage, a 600 meters track is done on foot (optional route) towards
the Salto do Macuco waterfall. It’s 20 meters high and to arrive there it’s necessary to go through a stairway incrusted on the rocks.
The last stage is the arrival to the docks at the brazilian margin of Iguaçu River,
where visitors, after receiving their life jackets and plastic wrapping to protect their belongings, have the opportunity to navigate on board of
two-motor inflating boats.
For more adventure, there’s the opportunity to go rafting. It lasts half an hour
and is paid apart.
