Mirante da Piedade
It is possible to see the International Part of Ilhéus. The Cathedral of São
Sebastião, the mouth of the Cachoeira and Fundão Rivers, besides all the east side of the city.
Mirante Outeiro de São Sebastião
The belvedere is located in front of the São Sebastião church. From there, the
tourists can see the three small inlets that gave the city its name. They are: A Pedra de Ilheus (The Stone of Ilheus), A Pedra de Tapitanga
(The Stone of Tapitanga) and A Pedra do Rapa (The Stone of Rapa).
Mirante das Vitórias
It is perfect to see the south part of Ilheus and the Center of the city. It is
located in front of the Nossa Senhora das Vitórias Chapel. |
