“Cacimba Santa Cruz” is a fountain that was built in the proximity of “Colina de
Santa Cruz”, in 1968, to supply the city of Lages in the epoch of its foundation. When the place was urbanized and the water supply system of
houses was put into action, the fountain was deactivated and buried.
In 1976, “Cacimba de Santa Cruz” was restored and classified as historic monument.
