Nossa Senhora do Rosário Matrix Church, at Lençóis, can be watched from almost
the entire city. It was inaugurated in the second half of the 19th century, in 1857, constructed due to donations of people who lived
in the region. In the facade, Nossa Senhora do Rosário is sculpted and, in the interior, the chorus and altars are carved in hardwood. The
flooring is made of marble. The temple shelters the tombs of important people.
