The Bambaê Bar
and Restaurant is a multifunctional space with capacity for up to 150 people in
three different areas with dancing space with DJ spot, Movie Theater, library, a
tourist information desk, internet, a private fluvial beach, outside showers,
boats for rent, kiosk, pier and hammocks.
The Bar offers
26 drinks and cocktails, a truthful alchemy of flavors prepared with lots of
talent by the barman besides a great variety of distilled beverages, an
exclusive list of the top Brazilian sugar cane brandies and good options of
wines in general as prosecco, sparkling and champagnes. The Restaurant presents
a diversified menu and the kitchen is prepared to offer options that go from
grilled to salads and snacks, sandwiches, omelets, pastas and soups. Traditional
and regional deserts are also served.
The tourist information desk provides a wide range of printed and
electronic maps from Army & Navy Ministries, as well as from IBGE, EMPRAPA
and other several publications of the editorial market, besides detailed
information and photos about the region and the integrated circuit which
covers the Lençois Maranhenses of The State of Maranhão up to Jericoacoara
in the State of Ceara, crossing through the Delta of Parnaiba in the State
of Piaui
A library containing basically poetry and books on tourism, culture and
folklore of the State of Maranhão are at the disposition of clients that
wish to rest enjoying good reading. At the small movie room equipped with
a large screen and home theater, is presented a variety of the best
movies, documentary and animated films produced around the world. At night
there are always various programs with “capoeira”, “maculelê”, “cucuriá”
and other presentations of the State of Maranhão’s cultural
manifestations, as well as samba, “forró” and Brazilian Popular Music
shows with the DJ Alex and his repertoire that varies from “forró pé de
serra” to the last hits of Ibiza and Europe. The program may vary
according to the mood and inclinations of the audience. |
