At the Amazon Ambassador, gastronomy is an unique attraction. For breakfast fresh fruits of the season (watermelon, melon, banana, amongst
many other native varieties), juices made of fruits of the region (tapereb,
cupuau, aai, graviola amongst others), various kinds of breads, cookies, white
and yellow cheeses, ham, cakes, French toast, pancakes, jams, butter, coffee,
milk, chocolate and various kinds of tea. Eggs (scrambled, fried, omelets) are
prepared for each guest upon demand.
At Luch or Dinner, Amazon Ambassador offer buffet style, always with different options of meat, chicken
and fish (tambaqui, tucunaré, pirarucu , pacu etc), besides white rice, potatoes - baked, fried, boiled, vegetables, salads, fresh fruit of the season and
enormous variety of deserts (cupuaçu pie with Pará nut,
graviola cream, cupuaçu or passion fruit pudding, banana and meringue desert,
fruit deserts and more).
