21 years old, at least 3 years with a driver's license, have been previously
approved. This can be done quicker showing the credit cards accepted by the
Interlocadora.
In case of foreign clients, it is necessary to present the original of the
passport and driver's license: clients coming from the Merco Sul who don't have
a passport must present the Entrance Card issued by the Federal Police, and the
originals of the ID Card and driver's license.
The reservations are confirmed by group not by a specific model. If there is
no reserved group, the service will be done with a vehicle of a superior group.
The daily rate of the vehicle corresponds to a 24 hour period and in case of
a delay in returning the vehicle, an additional of 1/6 of the value of the daily
rate will be charged and after the 6th hour, a new daily rate will be
charged.
The daily rate of
protection of the rented vehicle is for 24 hours, having a
tolerance of one hour.
After the 25th hour,
a new daily rate of protection will be charged.
The tariffs don't
include: optional protections, devolution fee, parking, cleaning service, toll
fees, traffic fines, services and airport tariffs.
The vehicle will
be delivered with a full tank and if it isn't returned in the same conditions,
the fuel will be charged together with a tax for the service of refilling the
tank.
The vehicle is
delivered clean, inside as well as externally and if it is not returned in the
same conditions, the Interlocadora will charge the amounts for a simple car wash
and/or special car wash (including upholstery if necessary).
The rented vehicle
can be returned to anyone of the Interlocadora stores. The devolution fare
should be consulted through the Interlocadora Center of Reservations.
The tariffs
regarding the rental of the vehicles picked up at the counter or outside area of
the airports will suffer an increase refering to the airport tax. Over the value
mentioned in the part on Rental of Vehicles, a 5% service tax will be included.
The daily rate of
the additional chaufferur in R$ 3,00 (Three Reais). On the payment of this
fee, the contracted services will be extensive to the previously authorized and
appointed conductor in the Rental Contract.
Promotion and
discounts are not cumulative.
The monthly and
weekly rates will prevail if the payment has been made beforehand. In the case
of an anticipated devolution, the restitution of the values paid will not occur.
In the case of a weekly or monthly rental, where the payment was not done
beforehand, the antecipated devolution before the end of the period, a daily fee
will be charged without promotions or discounts.
In no case can the
LOCADORA be responsible for moral wrong which are never covered by any type of
contracted protection. |
