The hill of the Osso (143 m), offers a panoramic view of the Guaíba lake, Ipanema
beach and the center of the city. It is located between the discrits of Tristeza, Camaquã and Ipanema. The Natural Park of Morro do Osso is
located there and has an auditorium for ambiental educational activities, with monitors and park guards. The visits are orinted. It is the 8th
Municipal Park of Porto Alegre and was created in 1994. The name Morro do Osso, was given in virtude of the place having been an indigenous
cemetery in the past.
Hints: The Trail of Morro do Osso takes about 3 hours and is considered to be more or less
