Rio Grande do Sul Art Museum (MARGS)

This old building, dated from the first decade of the 20th century, has more
than 8 thousand objects which relate the history of Rio Grande do Sul. Annexed
to this building there is another old house that belonged to the Machado Velho
family. In 1983 the museum was declared as a State Heritage.
