“Parque Aquático Hotel Caldas da Imperatriz” is the first thermal resort of Brazil.
It earned such name in honor to Dona Tereza, who altogether with Emperor Dom Pedro II visited Santo Amaro da Imperatriz in the middle of the
19th century. The public resort has infrastructure to provide comfort to visitors who spend the day there.
With an average temperature of 41ºC, the water of the thermal fountains of Santo
Amaro da Imperatriz are famous for curing people that suffer from rheumatism, stress, insomnia, stomach disturbs and others. Guests and visitors
can also use the bath house of Hotel Caldas da Imperatriz, where there are individual thermal baths in simple or whirlpool bathtubs.
