   Varig give origin to the Ruben Berta Foundation. More than just homage to the old president and just employee of the company, the foundation has the finality of taking care of the interests of the employees of the companies that appeared starting from Varig. The FRB-PAR group was then created to handle the investments and to attract reserves for these companies. Three holding are administered by the FRB-PAR:
