The Star Alliance and Varig. On
may 14, 1977, the just great world alliance of companies was born.
The Star Alliance is
made up by 14 heading aviation companies in the world, with Varig being one of
them. Together, the companies handle 127 destinations, operating in 124
countries in more than 10 thousand daily flights.
Among the benefits
for the passengers are the chance to read the largest number of destinations
around the world, the largest network of connections in various cities,
accumulation and use of mileage on all the flights of the Star Alliance
companies. The clients can also a sole check-in and dispatching of luggage to
the final destination.
