The menu of “Templo da Bahia” is quite diverse, but the house is specialized in
“Bobó de Camarão” served with vatapá. To those who prefer grilled meats, they can choose “linguado ao creme de espinafre” or “filé de badejo
com legumes” among other dishes based in seafood.
As appetizers, try the delicious “acarajé”, “siri-mole” and “pata de
caranguejo”.
Also, try the typical “caipirinhas”, which change the lemon with other tropical
fruits like umbu, cajá and even caju. As dessert, there’s “cocada”, “doce de jaca” and other typical dishes.
Although Bahia’s food is considered strong because it hás lots of pepper, at
“Templo da Bahia” this spice is not included in the dishes. Clients add the quantity they want, according to their own tastes. |
