Inaugurated in 1995 with intuit of promoting the art in the region, it has capacity
for approximately 400 people. Frequently realizes artistic/cultural programs, going through several kinds of artistic manifestations and
expression forms.
The programs that usually attract higher number of people are the theater festivals,
mainly the student ones.
