Bahia (Independence of Bahia Party)
A patriotic celebration in honour
of the date when Brazilian liberation forces came into Salvador, in 1823.
It is considered Brazil’s independence’s true date, and celebrated with
cultural manifestations and historical events being acted out, float
parade along with community representatives. Great moments happen,
including the arrival of the symbolic fire, Armed Force parade, and
Philharmonic Orchestra presentation at Campo Grande. |
