No inverno, a Pedra Furada fica coberta de neve |
Front he summit of “Morro da Igreja” it’s possible to see “Pedra Furada”, a rock
with a 30 meters diameter opening of a circle shape. It’s a sculpture made by nature and the action of time.
It’s an excellent place to take photos of the landscape and one of the most
remarkable attractions of the city, due to its beauty as well as for the curiosity presented by the rock formation. It serves as reference
point of the limits between the cities of Urubici, Bom Jardim da Serra and Orleans.
Besides “Pedra Furada”, from the summit of “Morro da Igreja” is also possible to
see the sea, distant a little more than 100km. |
