It was not for nothing that the mystics from all over the world decided to migrate
to Alto Paraíso, in the interior of Goias. Located in the region of the Chapada dos Veadeiros, the city was built over a enormous mine of quartz
crystals and is cut by the Parallel 14 the same that cuts the city of Macho Picchu, in Peru.
Besides all the esoteric characteristics, Alto Paraiso is located 37 km from the
entrance of the National Park of the Chapada dos Veadeiros, in São Jorge. It is the city closest to the Park that has the best tourist infrastructure,
with good hotels, restaurants, night clubs and leaves nothing to desire relating to natural beauties.
There are loads of waterfalls, belvederes and magnificent natural scenery all over
the region. The difficult part is to select which excursions are the best due to the large quantity of options. Another simple and can’t be missed,
is the visit to the “airport” of the city, a runway built in the middle of the Cerrado but was never finished. The place is a favorite of the tourist
who wishes to admire the sunset but there are those who keep waiting to make contact with beings from other planets.
Various alternative therapists live in Alto Paraiso. Among the most sought out treatments
